Telehandlers are specialized equipment. Although most have the capability to participate in traffic, these machines are generally transported to the location where they need to perform their task.

It is very important that the loading and unloading of the machine is carried out by someone with experience to avoid damage to the equipment. In addition to taking care of damage, our colleagues pay special attention to the arrangement of machines to achieve an optimal weight distribution in relation to the technical capabilities of the transport vehicle. What is most important in every job is the time we save for our clients when performing each task for which we are specialized.

The MAN TGX 18.440 tractor with a three-axle Frühauf CTFA3 semi-trailer, with a load capacity of up to 36,200 kg, is the ideal solution for transporting larger machinery or for the simultaneous transport of several smaller machines. For smaller loads, we use tow trucks such as the Mercedes 914 with a load capacity of up to 4,500 kg and the Volvo FL6 with a load capacity of up to 7,100 kg.

“Small platforms” refers to all electric scissor lifts, as well as the SkyJack 6832 RT and 7135 RT diesel scissor lifts. All other diesel scissor lifts are considered “large” due to their dimensions. Self-propelled telescopic baskets like the JLG 860SJ and JLG 1200SJP completely occupy the semi-trailer and are transported individually. These examples are purely for informational purposes; we can, of course, load one large platform and several small ones onto the semi-trailer or make other combinations that fit its dimensions and load capacity.

The cost of transportation does not depend on the number of machines you rent, but rather on the number of trips and the vehicles used. For example, the cost of transporting four electric scissor lifts is the same as transporting one large diesel scissor lift plus a boom lift.
